The owners of the shopping center have all but abandoned the place and do not care. The sign is dangerously ready to collapse.

    On 45th Avenue South, between Juanita Way South and Sunrise Drive SE by the speed bumps, there are several “pot holes” on both sides that there has been an attempt to paved them over on several occasions. As soon as a rain storm comes, the “paved pot holes” open back up and are even bigger this time. They are usually covered with water, so you think you’re driving on water and it turns out to be a re-open pot hole. Would it be possible to just re-pave the whole road from Sunrise Drive SE to the speed bump? This way it’s a smooth, uniform look and the community is not ruining their tires because of the continued re-opening of the pot holes. Thank you for your consideration to this matter.

    6th St S between 38th Ave S and 37th Ave S is a nightmare. Driving over the bump in the road makes you feel like your car is going to fall apart. Needs resurfacing badly!

    Renters from the new jet ski rental business have no regard for no wake zones, they regularly hit sea walls and ATONS and are sent out during storms. I saw them flip a ski as they were racing out of the wake zone. It bobbed against the neighbor’s seawall while the others took selfies. The owner of the rental company rode over, did some circles while telling them how to turn it over and then sent them back out. It’s a given there will be more property damage, but one of them or someone they hit is going to get hurt soon.
