    I think someone is discharging water from their sump pump or something because there is always water at this location during non rain events. In addition it freezes during winter months, making turns at the intersection of londontowne and Havre de Grace very dangerous. Please stop this illicit discharge.

    Resident at 3844 Holly Drive has installed fence sections and stakes on the community owned property next to theirs. They put trash bags on the fences to get people’s attention. It looks trashy. Now they have put up huge no trespassing signs on the community owned property that look horrible. They were not given permission from the community that owns the property.
