    I have one green cart with the Fayetteville markings on it, and a brown cart that does not. A year ago, the lid was ripped off and I called to request a replacement but I never got one. Now, I keep getting placards stating that the cart is not a city approved cart and the garbage trucks refuse to empty it, when it has been emptied without issue for the past 9 years. Could I get some information on why it is now an issue?
