this construction equipment's been in the handicap spot for over a year I have seen it used twice my porch overlooks Henry Street as a neighbor to the mayor I'm surprised that he hasn't seen it. I am 77 years old handicapped legally with plates and have no place to park my car on Henry Street close to my rear door of my condo. I've reported it three different agencies and absolutely nothing's been done. I am not the only one complaining I may be the only one voicing my complaint.
