Vehicle was reported stolen in August owner was notified and fisrt attempted to retrieve it 9/6/10 and advised me that he would retrieve by the following day. There has been at least one attenpt to retrieve the vehicle where it was moved from the side of 4635 Penrose to the side of 4552 Bessie.

The owner of the property is Mr. John Ballantine. When approached by neighbors about getting it moved he said call the city. Another neighbor did and was told since it was not storm damaged the city wouldn"t collect it. It is a problem for me because the tree debris washes down the alley to the sewer grate in back behind my garage and causes my garage to flood when it rains.

Drunk driver ran over gas pump at BP gas station police took more than 20 mins to come.
