I spoke with Gary and Moses last year and was told that these trees will be pruned every time I requested them to be cut. The workers came but barely trimmed the trees. The trees need to be pruned and the branches need to cut a lot shorter. This was what was agreed upon vs. removing the trees. These trees cause a lot of issues for the neighborhood. Please address it immediately. The time it took from submitting my last request to getting the trees trimmed took over 2 months.
