    There are several sections of heaved sidewalk concrete in the sidewalk immediately adjacent to my property at 6420 Misty Top Pass in Columbia. My understanding from several neighbors in the cul-de-sac is that this issue has been reported multiple times and no one has agreed to repaid or replace the slabs. At least one section is heaved almost a foot in the air and is causing a significant hazard for anyone trying to walk on the path.
