Bad asphalt joints in road making it rough to drive on and hard on vehicles.

    Years ago the city cut expansion joints about every 50 ft. in our street as well as others in our neighborhood. Over time these joints have not been maintained and now have separated and settled and have become a very annoying nuisance and could damage the suspensions of cars and trucks traveling down our road. Is there a way these joints could be filled and leveled?
