Carrollwood Lakes

Recycle was picked up but not Garbage. It was picked up on the other side of the street at 5:00 but they did not come back and get our side. My neighbors on both sides were not picked up either. 2458, 2470, 2478 and 8715 Carrollwood Ln. I understand the ice will limit what you can do but we cannot afford to be passed over this coming Thursday.

Garbage missed at all houses on east side of Carrollwood Ln. Garbage was picked up on west side of street. My wife was standing next to the trash can when they drove by and saw that they were only picking up one side. I assume that way they can report that they picked up our street when they only picked up half the housed. This is the second time in 2 weeks they have missed and even though I reported it, they never picked up until the regular pick up the next week. I am now due a refund of half my fee.

Our ( GREEN ) trash container as as well as several of my very close Carrollwood Lakes subdivision neighbor's, which is in Countrywood ( NEEDS THEIR GREEN ) trash containers emptied as their's along with ours, were ( ALL COMPLETELY ) missed being picked-up yesterday, Thursday 12/19/25.

AGAIN, my trash was not picked up on my scheduled day (See the last 3 complaints that have been ignored). This is the FOURTH consecutive pickup missed. I have not had a pickup since January 15th. Recycle was picked up. They seem competent. I saw them pick up the other side but not our side (SE side) I saw them again in front of my house driving 30-35mph and ignored me when I tried to waver the truck down. Another blue truck drove by but did not stop. This time it was not just me and my immediate neighbors, it was everyone on the SE side of Carrollwood Lane from Thorncliff to Fletcher Creek. I have provided a map showing the houses that need to be picked up on FRIDAY. The houses marked in yellow have not been picked up in 3 weeks and the houses marked in orange has not been picked up in 4 weeks. We cannot go another week or even through the weekend. I just paid my MLGW bill so I paid the $42 for Trash pickup yet received absolutely NO service in the last 4 weeks. The driver needs to change the way they are running this route because my neighbors and I are getting missed at least once a month since you changed to a one man crew. We never had a problem when it was a 3 man crew. I have also provided pictures of my trash can and my neighbor's to show that the cans are not being blocked. They have been on the street for two weeks so there is no issue of not being on the street. This complaint in no way shows how much anger I have right now.

Trash was not picked up in our neighborhood yesterday (Carrol Ridge, Meadow Ridge, part of Carrollwood, possibly more streets.) A couple of weeks ago, we did not have recycling pickup.

From the storm we received last thursday in the carrollwood area, we had 2 major limbs to fall. The limbs have been cut and placed on the curb for pickup.

Bulk trash has been sitting here for 3 weeks. Both bulk waste pickup times in March for my area (March 8 and March 22nd) were missed. It's a terrible eyesore. Also, this issue isn't just related to my house. The entire neighborhood's (Carrollwood Lakes subdivision) bulk trash has been neglected. Please come and pick this up ASAP.

The trash was picked up for half of our street but the other half was skipped! The truck did not go all the way down and turndown on Carrollwood Ln, completely skipping the 20 remaining houses. At this point we will have our regular scheduled pickup and will havenot had pick up for 4 weeks.

Garbage missed again on Carrol Ridge, the end of Carrollwood, and Minda Path. Other streets around have been picked up more recently and don't have overflowing garbage cans at the street. Animals are ripping bags open during the night.
Our new pick up day is supposed to be Thursday, but we haven't had a pick up on time in months.
