Big pothole on 5th st between 14th and 15th Ave

Scooter, bird, T6L9A abandoned on sidewalk without being locked. Watched the user simply let it fall on the sidewalk, get in a vehicle and depart. Is the city of Minneapolis auditing yes users of bird scooters are being charged for improper use?

NE corner of 5th St SE & 15th Ave SE intersection, on the traffic signal pole, street light out as of 11pm.

Squad car 206 + 6 other cars parked illegally in the bike lane. Again just asking for general enforcement of this area because there have been cars blocking the bike lane each of the last 10 times.. Just trying to get home safe, but instead I'm forced to merge into heavy 30 MPH+ traffic

Scooter #5YT8E dumped in sidewalk, because I just don't care.

This car has been parked like 4 feet from the curb for at least 48 hours now with a semi-flat tire. it's already got a ticket but it hasn't been either rectified or towed.

Who owns the trees between the sidewalk and the street? If these are city-owned trees, the city should come inspect these three sets of motion lights and cameras. The owner of 625 4th Ave SE seems to have mounted them, a nuisance to pedestrians on the sidewalk.

If the property owner wishes to have additional street lighting, there is a better way to get it.

Large pothole, one of several in the area, all along 2nd St. SE. Been there for weeks and getting steadily worse!

Bike lane blocked in both directions. This is the busiest bike lane in Minneapolis and the time of year when it gets the most use. It is unnecessarily creating dangerous conditions for bicyclists and it is totally unacceptable.

Street lights (wall packs) underneath the railroad bridge are extremely dim, some have a dead bulb, and most light cases are covered in dirt and grime that blocks the light. Both sides of street. This is probably railroad responsibility, not city, but please take a look and then contact railroad (they presumably have a legal responsibility to maintain the lights to acceptable levels as determined by city). The city can advocate on behalf of community/pedestrians, please do, as I would have no way of contacting railroad to take this seriously.
