This is a safety hazard and VERY DANGEROUS!! I come to care for my disabled and deaf client! I have almost been hit trying to cross and just parking. The new neighborhood / recently developed housing they have NO care for the disabled person in residence. Or for the safety of residence or students who use this corner! When developers put in they moved road over 6+ feet to center of road ( removed parking and safety corridor.This corner is an endangerment to community issue… It needs the curve removed!! Before some one is hurt or killed . It is the county’s responsibility unfortunately because Pebble Creek / PO City limits doesn’t care. And their HOA continues w more narrowing by more fencing. This will be a huge law suit if someone is severely injured.

Due to difficulty in getting out of chase road onto Lund I would like to request a roundabout or traffic light directly in the middle of chase/Lund and south Kitsap park entrance. I think it makes sense since pedestrians utilize the light in that busy road as well.

Reports a sectional has been dumped near the Salmonberry/Ramsey intersection. Rolling chair has also been dumped nearby a little closer to Bethel.

The left south bound light bulb is out. The red and yellow are still functional.

Per other reports, vehicles & motorcycles go way over the 25 MPH speed limit on Lincoln Ave. I have personally almost gotten hit by vehicles numerous times and now that it’s summer motorcyclists treat the road like a drag strip. The road needs speed bumps and some other way to control the traffic. Due to Lincoln being classified as a “local road”, I am requesting the city engineering department to look into this. The fact that housing developments were built without doing a road survey does not seem right. The amount of roads connecting onto Lincoln impact all of the residents who actually need the road to get to their homes. The majority of connecting roads have another more proper outlet where they should not be using Lincoln as a throughway.

Pebble creek housing development road narrowing. Off street parking was not completed to correctly address the narrowing and parking though this is used as a second entrance by residence in new houses. A majority of new residence use this county to city street to access the development despite having an entrance. The county has easement with enough room for HOA or county to correct the side walk that narrows the road and make this safer for the use it is getting.

Flooding in yard - several neighbors are experiencing.
