There are many unfinished, or no sidewalks at all in the Fort Wayne, area neighborhoods. It's a shame people have to walk in the streets, or grass to get to school or shops.

    The walkers and bikers along the river at the intersection of Tennessee Ave and St Joe roads are in real peril from those turning. I think motorists need a mirror to confirm bikers, walkers, children trying to cross street behind wall that motorists cannot see if turning. Almost been hit several times while walking. Even watched a car turn into oncoming path of a bike (which has the right of way) very scary thing to see and experience.
