Illegal occupants are actively blocking a court and harassing anyone who attempts to use the open one, including occupying every bench.

An Illegal homeless encampment has completely taken over the Athol Plaza tennis courts.

Sofas, chairs, BBQ grill, etc... on my street sidewalk. This is getting out of hand and needs to be taken care of because allowing them to do this only means that they will eventually start a homeless encampment here ON MY STREET! PLEASE send someone to pick up all this stuff.

A tent city is starting to grow in a park used daily by families. More tents are coming everyday. Neighbors use the walk path in the park to get to and from home day and night. Including my teenage daughter, who has to walk through the park to go to and from school everyday. Since the park is across the street from our house. The tents are directly behind a row of townhomes. They are trashing the park as well. Neighbors keep calling but nothing is being done. Please fix ASAP.

I am reporting a homeless situation on the 3rd Avd side of the property @ 1901 Park Blvd (split from park blvd). There are campers and vehicles parked on the street long term with homeless individuals living inside. Trash and waste are constantly dumped onto the street.

This cannot be legal. We live 20 feet away from this constant fire hazard trash in the street all kinds of garbage everywhere. What do we do? This is not right.

Please clean up your tenants’ garbage.

Doing drugs in public space. Illegal sleeping and loitering in sidewalk. Called OPD over 40 minutes. Still on hold now. MACRO does not have a working phone number. Please abate. This is against the American Disability Act of blocking the sidewalk, against the Oakland Encampment Policy of illegal camping next to a business and residential area, illegal dumping of the mattress from 1430 18th Ave Oakland, ca 94606.

More and more homeless individuals and substance users are moving here. In the past few weeks the number of individuals seems to have doubled. What really concerns me are the substance users. They’ve been walking around the neighborhood clearly not in their right state of mind. I’ve seen them lingering around my front door. I do not feel safe walking around and am consistently worried whenever my family members are out. Please address this issue. They’re leaving biohazard in the open streets, they’re bringing in tons of trash blocking the sidewalk, they're partially blocking the road, they're burning open fires.

Prostitution. John’s lines up for prostitution creating traffic and disturbing the peace to the neighborhood. Used condoms, drugs paraphernalia, trash littered by prostitution on the streets.

This company, ironically named “Vision Property Management” fails nearly 100% of the time to “manage” the conditions and appearance of their own property.
