East Rock parking lot. For as long as I have been going to East Rock Park I have always had my first moments intruded upon by men sitting in their cars , craning their necks at anyone driving in and parking in the lot , hoping you will be like them , looking for sex. Each time I drive in, it's in anticipation of a nice peaceful walk with my dog. I forget each time , until I pull in and see that a number of the cars parked are men , like vulture waiting waiting waiting to hook up either their in their vehicles or walk up a short path directly up from the public lot. I have over the years why this has been allowed.Surely the Parks and Rec of New haven know of this , and surely the police do as well. It seems to be another issue in the city that is wanted to be ignored. I hate being exposed to it... I hate being scanned by vultures eveytime I park there...up to 3 times a week, I hate that subject matter forced into my head at the start of each and every walk. But now with covid the men have taken to setting up their lawn chairs right above the lot . They are there in the woods a couple hundred yards away. And if you haven't learned that hat is "their space for sex you may very well take that PUBLIC trail your self , as I did years ago, As local dog owner did recently and I and to explain to never take that trail again. They are in the woods , they are in the parking lot , they are NOW in your face hanging out in their lawn chairs ., with impunity

Dangerous branch hanging from electric wires, originated from a dead tree that we have reported repeatedly, please help!!!

I live on Ford Street and their are numerous potholes on the Street. The entire Street actually needs to be repaved. It is an embarrassment to drive down the street. I have lived here all my life and at this present location for 25 years. If this could be addressed in a timely manner it would be appreciated. Thank you, Mark A. Marino

Not sure why the map picked a range for the address but this was taken at Hamden Farms Condo Association @ 2932/2950 State St, for people 55+. This is what I came home to after going out around 9:45 or 10am today, Sunday 2/7/21, returning around 12:30pm. There had to be at least 4 inches of snow on top of the ice I had to break up just to get up my driveway and into the garage, in case they decide to have any snow removal done today. But it should not surprise me. I’ve been injured before (winter of 2019) due to conditions such as this! But no one, not even our elected Town Officials care or do anything about it.

Numerous potholes and uneven surfaces from Franklin Rd. to Whitney Ave.

Davis Street Between Hartford Turnpike and Ridge Road is in very poor condition. The road way between East Rock Park entrance and Ridge Road has multiple potholes and sections of the road way that is missing.

So many potholes on Farnam Drive between Davis Street and East Rock Road. Please pave/fix!

The road is in horrendous condition, there are numerous potholes. If 18 wheelers are going to be coming down this road every day then this is going to be an ongoing issue.

Sidewalks are basically impassable especially the Davis Street side. Poison ivy is entangled in the overgrown shrubbery and weeds cover the sidewalk.

This tree really needs ASAP attention and coordination with UI for removal please.

On the east side of the street, at the curb line, between the sidewalk and curb, is a tree, that has begun to die. It is some 40' tall, with the inward upper half, where the trunk splits off, is dead, along with all the limbs and branches connected to that portion. The tree has blocked several vehicles involved in accidents at the intersection over the years, from running up on the lawn, and in one case stopped at truck , traveling north, struck in the side by an auto that did not stop coming off Park Rd, from running over my neighbors children who were 8 and 9 years of age at the time. I also understand that all the trees on the East Rock Park side of the street, which have to be maintained by New Haven, have been neglected for years, along with litter pickup, and overgrowth of shrubs, and weeds from the park, by the New Haven Parks Department, which is headquartered a block south, because the supervision there does not consider it a priority. Speaks volumes on their leadership to ignore their mess every day they drive into work form suburban towns.
