These home owner are always blocking the sidewalk forcing you into the street.
Also they water every day 7 days a week at 7:00 am.

Garbage at the street over 2 weeks, overflowing, and waste pro did not pick up today ( Monday), garbage in street, palm fronds in the yard

The photo is of the dog park entrance located on the south east corner of 110th avenue and 113th Street in Largo or Seminole.
I frequent that area on my bike and pick up trash and the plastic bag in the photo has got to weigh at least 50 lbs. This has been there for at least 2 months that I know of and we all know what it's full of.
Is there a chance that someone can come out there and clean that area up? Eventually the bag is going to break and there will be a real mess.

The signs advising drivers where to stop for trail users needs to have the small stop sign removed from it. The small stop sign showing where to stop, only when the yellow lights are flashing, is turning the trail into a four way stop as drivers do not understand that it's not a true stop sign. The sign should only read stop here for trail users and not contain a misleading small stop sign. Drivers are making complete stops, one after another, as if it is a four way stop which it is not. This is causing traffic back ups every morning in both directions.

Please replace and correct the signage so drivers understand that this is not a stop sign for the normal flow of traffic and that stopping in only required when the lights are activated.

Residents are parking directly across the new sidewalk constructed on 102nd Ave. This is a daily occurrence Not only obstructing pedestrians but making it impossible for drivers to see oncoming traffic on an extremely busy street when exiting their driveway or off of 112th way..

How many MORE people are going to be killed at the intersection of 113th Street and 110th Avenue before a stop light is installed. Another death this past week. It also serves as a drag strip for cars and motor cycles with there being no reason to slow down between 102 Ave and Walsingham Road. With a signal at 110th ave and 113th Street, this would slow traffic to a reasonable rate. The blinking yellow light does NOTHING to slow folks down. Have lived here for 45 + years, when?

Home that was condemned has a lot trash including leaning on neighbors fence makes neighborhood not welcoming for homes for sale. Generator on past 10pm.

Sewer on SW corner of 94th Ave and 121st St in Seminole not draining for past 2 months.

The island on the 102nd Avenue and Seminole Blvd. has grass that is close to 12 inches in height. This is in front a Dental business as well as other business. A school crossing guard also stands there.

The owner always has junk in front yard and now has dozens of Christmas trees in his driveway piled up. this creates a fire hazard and a place for rodents to hide.

This large Oak tree has some type of rot throughout the branches. Every strong wind we pick up branches out of our back yard. Some branches are growing into our palm trees. The root system is causing damage to our pool. I have tried to address the issues with the homeowner Mr. Jerry and no solution. My wife and I are now concerned that it has gotten to be a safety issue with it falling onto our home. The area in which our small children's bed rooms are located. One of our neighbors tree's had to be removed several weeks ago due to some type of disease. We are concerned this oak has the same problem. Also the damage being caused to our pool, pool plumbing, homes foundation, and any damage this cause to our property. Please help us address this issue since we are not able to with the neighbor.
