Other City Services Acknowledged6th St & Franklin St Oakland, CA, 94607, USA - Chinatown
Encampment has returned, after being officially vacated (evicted) months ago. Supposedly, this location is now subject to immediate enforcement. There has already been a dumping complaint here for a month regarding the mattress "fort" seen in the photo; now there's a tent. The problem is growing worse day-by-day. Fix it NOW!
This is NOT a duplicate complaint.

Other City Services Acknowledged162–178 6th St Oakland 94607, United States - ChinatownOn 6th St at Jackson, illegal encampment start-up has taken root. This is one block from the new community cabin site that opened on Oak St. The new community cabin site is drawing in *new* illegal encampments to the neighborhood - the opposite of what Oakland city officials said the policy would be: no illegal encampments in the area of a community cabin.
These new illegal encampments get established & then just grow. It is amazing how much garbage gets generated & accumulated. Add in the tents, stolen shopping carts & recycling bins, and you’ve got a mess. Have a couple of new bike chop shops in the area too.
Jackson St between 5th & 6th is a mess. It is Mosswood Park v2.0. -
Other City Services Acknowledged275 7th St Oakland, CA, 94607, USA - ChinatownThe encampment is back at this park next to the child care center. Please help remove the encampment as soon as possible as it is not safe for the children.

Two cords - one yellow and one orange. The door to the electrical box is wide open with cords plugged in. See something new everyday!

Illegal Dumping - debris, appliances, etc. Acknowledged6th St & Franklin St Oakland, CA, 94607, USA - Chinatown
PREVIOUSLY CLEARED BY CITY OF OAKLAND, NOW IT'S BACK! Has been the scene of FIRES, attracts VERMIN, BLOCKS TRAFFIC lane. Pile already exceeds City's permissible limit for "personal belongings," and keeps growing. Please remove this before it (AGAIN) takes over the entire block!
A tent has now appeared (dangerously, in the street at night), quite likely to "stand guard." This area is not available for camping OR household storage!

Traffic Safety (non-emergency) AcknowledgedWebster St Oakland, CA, 94607, USA - ChinatownHomeless encampment has install their own road sides indicating both a stop and detour that don’t exist. This is a hazard, because sign markings can confuse drivers who might drive the wrong way on a one way street.
