    While I am sure the community appreciates public dumpsters in parking lot D, can these three dumpsters be moved to the back side of the parking lot next to the other dumpsters that have a nice wooden fence around them? Right now they are an eye sore to everyone (e.g. furniture, pallets). Also, trash blows into the creek when a person fails to properly place trash into the dumpster.
