Someone is turning on the outside water spigot and the water is flooding the building basement We have turned the spigot off twice in the past week. We can hear the water splashing after the water is turned off.

We are pretty certain this a SMOC building and this repeated water damage will likely cost someone some money..

The man that lives at this house used a leaf blower to blow ALL the leaves in his yard directly into the middle of the street. This is seriously dangerous for cars (especially in the rain) and can clog drains.

Can we please have some kind of speed regulation in place next to the playground on Arlington Street? The traffic speed is continuously very dangerous and there are a lot of children in this area. There are no speed limit signs or any traffic calming measures in place.

Framinham has allowed Pratt Street to fall into complete disrepair. Residents have notified the city multiple times over the last few years, but nothing has been done. At this point, a complete repave is necessary.

This is just one example - but along Pratt cars are blocking the corners. This is a daily occurrence all over Pratt and Eames. There are clearly signs - but there is no enforcement This car has been parked here for days. There is a construction van that has been parked on the other corner on Pratt for over a week, blocking the corner.

One major pot hole at bend in road - but a huge chunk of the road is in disrepair and there are multiple potholes.

At the intersection of Arlington Street and Waushakum Streets there needs to be a four-way stop sign. With the new apartments on South Street and with the Adesa auto auction traffic the cars just zoom through that intersection they don't slow down I think a four-way stop sign would help. there are two stop signs but I feel having the four-way stop signs installed would be a safer plan for that intersection. thank you very much.
