    Spring St & Washington St Medford, MA, 02155, USA - Medford
    People walking down Spring St, crossing Washington st, often find themselves in dangerous situations because of all the car traffic turning off of Spring onto Washington and vice versa. Very often cars speed into their turns, so some traffic calming measures would increase pedestrian safety. Specifically something as simple as painting a standard crosswalk here would certainly help and be a step in the right direction.

    We reported this pothole (case no:14238006) a couple of months back and today received a message that it was resolved. The photo posted is one taken today and as you can see it remains unaddressed.

    I understand that plow driver supposed to plow the snow to the curb. But this morning at 9 am, 1 of the 2 plow trucks plow the snow over the curb and on to the sidewalk (at least 12" in) and knock over the STOP sign on the corner of Central Ave. & Wicklow Ave. My wife immediately confront the driver, the one that knock down the sign left, so she talk to the 2nd driver. When ask regarding the sign and snow on the sidewalk, he yell quoted "It's your job to clean the sidewalk" to my wife instead of apologizing and drove off. This corner is use for many school pickup/drove off. Can someone fix this immediately before tomorrow school start.
    I have many imags if needed and also surveillance video of the incident of them knock down the sign.

    The sidewalk in front of my house has gotten gradually worse over the years from the tree roots lifting it up to the point it cannot be traversed by wheelchairs or baby carriages, which requires pedestrians to go around it on the street.

    Pretty much the entire length of Washington Street between Spring Street and Park Street is unshoveled on the odd-numbered side. Most of these are houses on double lots and they do not shovel the rear sidewalks of their property. This route is heavily used by kids walking to school and you’re forced to walk in the street because of the unshoveled sidewalks. This is a problem every single winter. Please address with these property owners.
