Since 2008 there was all kinds of problems with the horrible condition of the side walks busted, sunken, raised, lifted, cracked, raised, broken, missing, stolen & from just terrible cracks to busted walks from trees long gone to later City construction trucks doing more damage busting them up while tearing down abandoned properties!
THANK YOU Gary W. FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK IN HELPING ME GET THESE FIXED in 2018!!!! You kept in contact as much as you could working with me and helped through that LONG & LENGTHY PROCESS !!!! I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW MUCH EASIER IT IS THE SHOVEL & CLEAN!!!! SUCH A GRAND APPRECIATION!!!

415 Langdon Street has broken down vehicles on property looks like a junk yard with the yard trashed with the sidewalks often blocked... hiddious

ENTIRE 400 BLOCK OF LANGDON STREET IS NOTHING BUT ONE POTHOLE AFTER ANOTHER WITH A RETURNING POTHOLE INCREASING in size in the middle of the street out in front of my home west side of my property!!!!

Poor roof repairs done without permits too which City inspectors cannot see obvious work illegally being performed by resident at 359 Langdon Street, Toledo, Ohio despite all evidence submitted by past owners, past tenants, neighbors, and multiple witnesses as they brag of City’s connections they have protecting them while neighbors around them face fines and threats of harsher actions for lesser violations providing proof of their claims of protection from actions to be true and public records stating that they have not been doing work to 359 Langdon Street proven FALSE as you look through ARIES ONLINE from the time current owners took possession to current satellite images and the work performed is evident! Yet NO permits but one failed has ever been obtained by current property owners of 359 Langdon Street

A returning pothole in need of filling!

Two trees between Frank Street and Langdon Street are HUGE AND EXTREMELY POOR CONDITION NEEDING TO COME DOWN!!! Every storm ⛈ or even just some slight winds 💨 brings down branches of all sizes from twigs to trunk size branches big enough to take someone out and/or take out a vehicle! Also a HUGE ONE behind 359 Langdon Street off the alley! ALL 3 of them DEFINITELY DESPERATELY NEEDS TO COME DOWN BEFORE THEY KILL SOMEONE as they WILL & have caused DAMAGE but luckily for the City it’s been to people who cannot report the damages due to lack of insurance and fear of incarceration.

Please repair - there is nowhere to avoid these holes due to one lane traffic.

The street light at City Park and the Anthony Wayne Trail is fully functioning again and causing significant traffic backups for both inbound and outbound downtown traffic.
