Improperly installed tree pit. Dangerous condition. Tripping hazard. Non-compliance with American Disabilities Act- width of sidewalk is not minimum width. Wheelchairs are blocked.

On a regular basis at the construction site at 96 Tuers Avenue, they regularly block the street with deliveries early in the morning when residence and children are trying to get to school. This happens anywhere from 3 to 5 times a week. It's a constant battle and disruption for the community.

See additional pics. The owners of the Capital One building have a major tripping hazard which their scaffolding has exasperated: they fail to maintain the tree wells on their property and the dirt is approximately 2 inches lower than sidewalk level which is a tripping hazard.

This eye sore is two houses away from Apple Tree House. The place is a disgusting mess and most likely a health hazard. Can we get owner to clean it up or better yet have it razed? Thanks

All of delineators have been removed from the Bergen Ave bike lane between Sip Ave and Smith St. I almost got hit head-on by this SUV using the bike lane to make a mid-block U-turn. In other spots there were cars parked in the bike lane.

Resident stated this property is vacant and needs to be boarded up since raccoons are entering it and roaming around.

Saturday (May 29) between 2:30 and 3:00 AM someone attempted to access my apartment on the 4th floor from the fire escape. The same attempt was made on a 3rd floor apartment. The police were called but the person was gone. This happened just after the city ordered that barbed wire between two adjoining buildings next door to the north be removed.I've also noticed that all the backyard lights to the south of 85 Van Reypen are no longer on at night. The backyards between here and Vroom Street are dark - no more pretty lights and apparently much less safety. Was that the City's idea as well?

Sidewalk is missing.

Please send someone to clean up this travesty and send violations so this doesn’t happen anymore!
I can’t even take my children for a walk on this sidewalk!!!!

There are multiple holes in the sidewalk in the public plaza outside of the school property(not the school's property).

Along the Academy St side of the building a healthy street tree was removed and cement poured which destroyed the tree well. Both tree well and trees should be restored.

On west side of Bergen Avenue between Sip Avenue and Newkirk Street, consider filling tree pits to sidewalk surface level, placing ADA compliant tree pits, or flexible permeable surface over tree pits. Sidewalk is very narrow in general in this area. Certain locations with mailboxes or other installations create choke points. Observed a woman pushing a stroller having difficulty with wheels of stroller falling into below sidewalk grade tree pit. Additionally, tree pit below sidewalk grade tree pit creates a trip hazard.
