This sofa has been behind the old closed bank for months. It is an eyesore.

The owner of this property has trash all over the property including large items. They hamper the roadway at times.

After last year’s hurricanes, my neighbor two doors down, had damage to his fence. The homeowner is absentee and rents the house out. There hasn’t been a tenet in there all year. He contracted some men from across the street to repair the fence. The men then stacked the damaged pieces of fence and other building material trash in the easement in front of the house. This trash pile is what the picture is that I submitted and the cause for my concern. This has been there since the beginning of the year. Other than it being unpleasant to look at, I’m worried now that it poses a severe risk for missile hazards now that we are in the middle of hurricane season. If we get strong winds, I don’t want this trash to blow into anybody’s houses. I was instructed by my HOA board to contact officer hartsock with the pinellas county code enforcement. I have spoke with officer hartsock two times now over the past few months and she assured me she would “get in touch” with the homeowner. Well it’s nearing the end of the year and the trash pile is still there. So I figured maybe try and go this route.

Some one dropped off 3 cats months ago they have since made it there home at the end of the street and have turned this end of the road into their litter box. They need to be trapped and removed ASAP (brown cat, white and gray cat, and almost all white cat)

2778 Steeple Court, Palm Harbor was structurally damaged in September 2022. House has been vacant since that time and owner has done nothing. Entire property is in disrepair, vermin present and all accompanying issues associated

This branch keeps hitting the street light very hard which we had to report prior because it busted the entire light out. This could be a reoccurrence possibly too but with hurricane season coming I wanted to see if you could trim that branch so it stops hitting the light pole and prevent busting out the light again. It is dangerous when we get storms hitting the pole over and over plus other branches have broken off and could be a threat to the neighbors and children who play on the sidewalk.

This address is constantly working on disabled vehicles in the cul de sac. They are untagged, another untagged vehicle is in the driveway. They are ruining the pavement on this street. This car is there right now.

Untagged car on stilts for 3 weeks now, has fallen already once nearly crushing a kid. This needs to be addressed before someone is hurt or worse
