overgrowth from our tree and neighbors covering street light

The property at this address has been abandoned for months, in desolate condition for decades, and now that the owner is deceased, I have waited months to see if the issue would be addressed and it has not. This is an issue over 20 years long.

There’s absolutely no reason why myself or my neighbors should have to look at this every single day in a residential neighborhood. Please do something about it.

Fellow has been spoken to in past by township inspector but refuses to comply He temporarily moved rocks about 6" inches or so and most recently added as pictured above The tree/bush is but another tactic, as it grows the roots will wreak havoc too w

Has yet to cut the grass this season. It’s well over 3 feet tall.

the property is not fenced in, however they have a dog running loose with nobody watching it multiple times a day. the dog is always in the front yard, no collar, no leash, no tether.

I think this man has a hoarding issue, and it is getting worse. He has run out of space in his backyard and more and more space is being eaten up with things being stored on his front lawn now.

Grass and weeds in the yard are at least 12 inches high. The grass has not been cut at all this year.

It appears the tenants of this home did not understand the inspector when he/she was out the two other times for this same issue. This picture was taken Saturday April 20, 2019 in the morning.

This yard is littered with junk and garbage. The truck has a flat tire and hasn't moved for months and is filled with junk. There is dog waste all over the yard causing a rat issue. The backyard is overgrown and littered with junk. The side of the house is full with wheelbarrows and junk, making it very unsightly and a breeding area for rats.
This house is a blight on the neighborhood.
The dog continuously runs unattended through the neighborhood.

These people are playing their music so loud it actually hurts my ears when I go outside. They have been playing it for the past few days until very late. Last night it was until 3:30am. The bass is very loud and is rather upsetting to deal with since it makes my earrings reverberate.
