    This is my second complaint My neighbor is working on car's and running a shop from his house he has car's jacked up he is letting oil,transmission fluid and gas run down the drain system he has cars towed to his house this makes the block look bad.

    When the north to south Fort Street crossover before Fort and Sibley intersection turns red for southbound traffic, the southbound light at at Fort and Sibley intersection turns green. When the crossover light turns green the Intersection light turns red. The timing at this location has been off ever since the power outage months ago.
