  • 7420 Burlington Ave N Saint Petersburg, FL, 33710, USA - Commission District 7

Occupants of address routinely leave large garbage in alleyway behind their house (between Burlington Ave and 2nd Ave N) that will not be taken by standard garbage truck and will not schedule a pickup. Items include at least 5 paint cans, building materials, shelving unit, card table, and a small couch.

Couch, paint cans, and building materials are currently still there. The couch was part of an issue that required the police and paramedics last night. There was a heavily intoxicated man sitting on the couch last night. Eventually two police officers arrived. They in turn called an ambulance likely due to the severe intoxication of the man. Later on they called for additional help to get the man onto a stretcher to be taken away.

  • 7420 Burlington Ave N St. Petersburg, FL 33710, USA - Commission District 7

Occupants of 7420 Burlington again left large garbage in the alleyway between Burlington and 2nd Ave N that won't be picked up by standard garbage.

Garbage includes two bags of rain cured concrete, wooden poles, metal gutter type material, and yard waste.

This has been an ongoing issue with dumping in the alley. A couch was picked last Friday due to the same occupants leaving it in the alley.

7601 Dartmouth Ave N Saint Petersburg, FL, 33710, USA - Commission District 7
Front yard (along Dartmouth Ave) is unkept with random items (boat?) in front yard and large holes dug/mounds of dirt and mulch. Side yard (along 76th) is very much the same. Several trees need trimmed with frequent limb debris after rain showers littering street/sidewalk.
Yard has a distinct and foul odor of animal feces from potentially dogs or chickens that wafts throughout neighborhood. Unbearable to be outdoors at times due to smell.

Alley street light. I reported an issue with the street light shining in my back yard. This street light was paid for by a homeowner and is a city-owned street light, not managed by Duke Energy. Requesting the street light be redirected from my yard. Thanks
