Notified About

  • Md-103 & New Cut Rd Ellicott City, MD, 21043, USA - Ellicott City
This is a follow-up to archived complaint Issue ID: 5547338 that was marked as closed. However after driving by the intersection of Route 103 and New Cut Rd on a daily basis I can report that nothing has been repaired and no black top has been laid as reported in the original complaint. This area just seems to be getting worse. It is located as you approach New Cut Rd on Rt 103 from Rt. 104 and you make the right turn onto New Cut by the church. This issue needs to be reopened and fixed properly this time. Thank you very much.

  • Bramhope Ln Ellicott City, MD, 21043, USA - Ellicott City

Several pin oak trees have died on our street and adjacent streets and others appear to be dying. We recently had professional tree trimming done at our house and the foreman stated that the trees had a fungus. While walking the dog this morning, I noticed that the majority of these trees had a green/gray fungus like substance on them. It is very concerning that our neighborhood may lose all of its trees along the streets and it is also concerning that dead trees and branches could fall and cause significant damage or injury.

We just wanted to give you notice of this in case you were not already aware. Is this issue indeed a fatal fungus to the trees? Please let us know what your plans are and if there is anything that can prevent further disease
