In the event it hasn't been reported already, a 20-foot long metal frame for a tarp is on the northwest corner of Craycroft and Sunrise. Thankfully, it didn't kill anyone when it apparently fell off a truck. Thanks, Craig Cantoni

Water ponding on Sabino Point Place after rain. These photos of large puddles were taken 2 days apart. This happens after every significant rain event resulting in a breeding ground for mosquitos that remains for up to a week. When the street was seal-coated several years ago somehow the slope changed and drainage here has been a problem ever since

Road deteriorated - Cloud Road west of Sabino Canyon Road. When will this portion of Cloud Road be resurfaced? I have had multiple bike accessories snap of my bike on this portion of Cloud Road. Total value of these accessories were over $100 each. This is one of the worst stretches of road remaining in the 85750 zip code that has similar volume of vehicles. Thank you in advance for any insight.

Constituent reported they can't access their side driveway, because of the big pothole that is on the southside of property at 7170 E. Painted Quail cir and Painted Quail place. They said that it is because of the roadwork on Kolb and the street was dug up.

There is a large rug that has been dumped on the side of the road. Location:
E Sunrise Drive, eastbound lane, .2 miles east of Craycroft Rd.

There also is debris on the westbound side in approximately the same location.

Two illegal signs at the intersection of Sunrise and Craycroft. One on the northeast corner advertises "Concrete Work." The other on the southeast corner advertises "Bro O's Painting and Coating." The attached photo shows what the Bros O's sign looks like. The photo is of another sign from the company that I removed from my neighborhood. Bro O's has plastered scores of these signs throughout the metropolis and is one of the worst offenders. Thank you.

Manhole cover in westbound lane is 2" below road grade creating significant bump (dangerous for motorcycles and hard on suspensions) - please raise manhole cover to be flush with road surface

2 foot wide very deep pothole in the right turn lane of Sabino just before turning right onto more Sabino instead of going straight which becomes Kolb. It’s under the left tire area of my vehicle. It’s BAD as of 12-23 after rains. please fix fast

Traffic light for south bound traffic at Kolb & Sunrise does not turn green if a vehicle is not detected. As a cyclist if I am traveling south on Kolb and there are no cars at the intersection traveling in the same direction I will then be stuck at a red light indefinitely. The same goes for SB Craycroft & Sunrise. Please consider allowing the traffic light to cycle green so that even if a car is not detected in the direction of travel, cyclists can safely pass through these intersections.

On the northeast corner of Sunrise and Craycroft is a large, tacky orange sign advertising an un-neighborly plumbing company. In the weeds about 20 feet from the southeast corner is a sign or two that fell over months ago. Thank you, Craig Cantoni

Any further plans to deal with all the rocks dumped on Painted Quail Place (apparently part of the North Kolb widening project?) This is the entry to our neighborhood. We need most of the rocks removed, some buried, and plants planted to make it look somewhat natural. Please let me know if there are plans, or does our neighborhood group need to finance this cleanup?

Huge depression off the south side of Cloud, just east of Sabina Canyon Rd. Cars are falling of the pavement there. This really needs to be filled in.
