The Trees are growing over the power/phone lines and into the roadway area, Fear of tree branches falling on roadway or onto cars. Loose branches hanging on the lines causing issue for concern to motorist and bikers. Also when tall trucks, boats, go throughout the road their hitting the trees above which cause a traffic risk. Please trim above trees to open up roadway height and get fallen branches off of telephone lines. ** Note this is not regarding the huge tree that fell on bayside beach and belhaven a week ago. This is the the tree trimming of branches further down bayside beach rd to alpine beach rd.

All on Appletree and various streets here and along Bayside Beach Road are those horrible purple street lights. It’s VERY hard to see at night when driving especially with wildlife darting out of the woods

Someone dumped 5 old tires one Nancy Rd near 2571 Bayside Beach rd

This business (Nickers Retreat) located to the North East side of bayside Beach rd has cleared and grubbed acres of previously wooded land to create open pens, stables and riding areas which has resulted in multiple and continuous flooding to adjacent properties. Storm water run-off is shed from this property and passes across bayside Beach rd and inundates the lower properties on the south west side of the road. This creates a temporary river which flows from 1733 to 1753 bayside Beach rd. The fecal saturated run off is finally discharging between the homes at 1753 and 1757 to the wetlands (stream) located behind the properties listed (south west of Bayside Beach Rd). This problem has been ongoing, but only for the time after which 1729 Bayside had been cleared and grubbed. This is creating erosion issues and costing properly owners money for otherwise unnecessary repairs and mitigation. It is also my concern that proper permitting and country review was not conducted for the clearing and grading.

Request # 15911893 was submitted on 1/20/2024 concerning this Resident pumping water off his property, into the roadway (Bayside Beach Road) and to the AA County Storm drain, which is (2) properties away. This discharged water, presumed clean water, is being channeled to and dispersed into our local County Waterways. If this is not a blatant County Code Violation, I don't know what is. I am personally tired of seeing this violation occurring daily. If action is not taken within the next week, the local County Delegates will be contacted.

Metal pipe sticking out into Westbound lane of Bayside Beach Road

The property owner of 2745 Bayside Beach Road is pumping water onto the roadway of Bayside Beach Road. This has been occurring for the past 25 years. The volume of water that flooded the property of the neighbor two houses down eventually forced AA County to spend county tax money to install a drainage system to remove the water into our local waterway. The County never cited or fined the homeowner for discharging water from this property. Well, due to the lack of County governance, the Resident has continued to discharge|/pump the water off their property. This in itself is a County Violation. Yet this time the hazard is greater, the water will ice the roadway over, setting the stage for a car doing the posted speed limit of 40 mph or greater to slide and have a single car accident or create a multiple car accident.

The time has arrived for this individual to be cited / fine and brought into County Code Compliance.
This Complaint will be monitored for immediate action.

On the right side of Alpine Beach Road, perhaps about 20 feet before reaching Knollview Drive, there are dead deer parts and many bulky, heavy things like wood.

Request #15911893 and Request #15993426 were submitted to address the resident at 2745 Bayside Beach Road for discharging water from their property to the AA County roadway. The water was then draining into the AA County storm drain located approximately two houses away. I have to believe the resident was spoken to about this problem/violation. The latest action of this resident is to discharge the water directly across the roadway in front of his house. This water then froze and left a strip of ice that motorist had to travel across, I am one of them. The resident has also resorted to discharging the water on weekends and after dark, when all AA County Departments are closed, knowing he can't be caught.
Furthermore, the resident of this property is employed by the Department of Natural Resources. He operates a DNR vehicle, black Ford Pickup, which is kept parked at his residence daily, this is no secret. In his occupation, he is sanctioned as an officer to protect our waterways and wildlife. His conduct is disgraceful .................................
Maybe it's time to report him to the department he works for ?

Tree has fallen onto power/utility/cable line. Blocking road access. Discovered 11/23/19. I am the Bayside Beach community association President. Thank you for your help.
