    Students that go to Blackhawk Middle School, and Blackhawk Christian School have to walk in part of the road to get to school. E. State Blvd is a busy street. There are many unfinished, or no sidewalks at all in the Fort Wayne, area neighborhoods. It's a shame people have to walk in the streets, or grass to get to school or shops.

    The walkers and bikers along the river at the intersection of Tennessee Ave and St Joe roads are in real peril from those turning. I think motorists need a mirror to confirm bikers, walkers, children trying to cross street behind wall that motorists cannot see if turning. Almost been hit several times while walking. Even watched a car turn into oncoming path of a bike (which has the right of way) very scary thing to see and experience.

    Is there any way that a "No Parking Here to Corner" sign be put up between 5th Street and Spring St. on Barthold? At least between the hrs. of 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm, M-F. There are children on 5th Street (one way) that ride a special needs school bus. They cannot be dropped off at their home because the bus cannot make a right turn onto Barthold (one way) once they are dropped off. There are cars parked on both sides of Barthold during Most Precious Blood's pm school pickup hours.

    Please put a left turn signal from Reed Rd. onto State Blvd. at this intersection. There are already left turn lanes there. With all three schools at Vance and Reed, when they let out, there is a lot of traffic at State and Reed. Thank you.
