East Side Market. The no West and south side of building on 2nd floor, multiple broken windows. These windows have been broken out for many years and has been previously reported.
Extension cords on an outlet strip (inside) hanging from open window to outside and connected to signs that are lit up on the front of the building .
Birds and bats fly in and out of upstairs constantly. It’s brick so it is easy for many rodents to enter the building.
They store merchandise on the floor below, candy, chips, pop, and beer. I’m sure that’s a nightmare with rodents.
An employee told me there is no running water in there employee bathroom. This was a few months ago, I have no idea if it’s true or not.
The guy who owns this business and building should be ashamed of himself. He is constantly busy and I’m sure has a decent profit margin. The trash surrounding the area by his patrons are ridiculous. This is an eyesore And an embarrassment to the neighborhood.
I was told by a city employee that this area has the least amount of crime in the city. If we permit business owners to not be accountable with maintaining their upkeep, we are welcoming crime into the area with open arms.

I scrapped my car through a 3rd person I was gone scrap it at a scrap yard but my guy had talked to his dude to see if he could come get my car from tire choice. I left my plate on the car and let my guy know that I did it’s been 3days now since I ain’t got my license plate back from my guys dude who was scrapping my car cause it’s broke down

This needs to be clean up and once again the grass needs cut.

And on the corner of Hammerly and 3rd St. S.E. that lot need the grass cut. It is talker then me also the are some type of dogs that lives over there on Tyler Ave that keeps coming thru that lot when we are outside that grass is so high we cannot see them coming being that know one will do anything about the dogs.

This needs to be clean up!! That last wind storm the smell was horrible. Someone needs to make him clean up his property. Look at the side of the porch it looks like it's about fall down. That tree needs to be trim it will be on my porch soon.

I have it on my camera neighbor walking dog and letting in dog poop on my property and not picking it up on 2/1/2023 @3:47 PM.

I don't know where these hens came from, but I am tired of them running around in my yard pooping. I don't like animals and I don't want to clean up after any of them.
