1555 Sanders has never trimmed this tree in the 6 years I have lived next door. The tree leans a great deal over my driveway cluttering it and my front yard with leaves. In a storm I’m afraid the branches will come down on my property. I’d like this tree as well as the tree in 1555 Sanders back yard trimmed so that they do not go over my property line. The tree in the back is small and I have to duck under the branches to mow my lawn.

This is ridiculous! When is the city going to do something about this? Multiple complaints by different people and nothing changes! Fence hanging over the sidewalk, weeds, broken sidewalk, garbage, glass! Tell the important people that own this to clean it up!

I have complained so many times! You send your college students over here to patch 2 of the 40 holes that are in the street! Every day I have to be so careful when getting out of my vehicle that I don’t turn my ankle or fall in a hole! Not today someone drive past and sprayed dirty puddle water all over me!

Rotten wood around windows, boarded up window, asbestos siding missing and falling off. This rental property has become a real eyesore.

apartment complex trash not picked up for 2 weeks. trash going in near by yard. trash is located in parking lot.

The tree in front terrace is completely dead and the bark is starting to rot.

Neighbor at address his been notified in writing that pushing snow against fence is not lawful. I seen snow removal company turn plow unit towards fence at 9-9:30am wed. 29th, other neighbors confirmed driver did point plow unit at fence same day. Snow building up along fence because of snowplow and removal company not respecting rules and regulations set by city.

Please come inspect this house I need your help urgently. I am very sick from living here and I've only lived here for barely even a week or 7 days. The problem is there's a Vermin infestation in the attic and urine in feces has been seeping into the very old walls and ceilings and his infected the entire property. I think this place should be condemned because it is uninhabitable and the landlord is not fixing anything and has not called the Exterminator. He doesn't seem to think there's any issue. Please I really need your help I'm getting very very sick and I don't know what to do. I literally can't even breathe in here the smell of squirrel urine and feces is so strong all I can do is cry.

Large potholes on Wisconsin Street between New York Avenue and Bent Avenue. One especially large pothole near a driveway entrance going northbound that sometimes you have to drive into when there is oncoming traffic and cars are parked on the street. Others are in the middle of the street and in the driving lanes. Makes the drive somewhere between just unenjoyable and actually dangerous to the car when you're required drive down the street routinely due to where you live.

This fence issue has been reported many,many times. On 7/21/2022 an inspector cleared previous complaint when nothing had been properly corrected. Then another complaint just a month later. Now another write up telling them to contact zoning. The previous complaint was supposedly sent to zoning but nothing done. It appears the city has no idea what they are doing or just doesn't plan to follow through with anything. Previous inspector obviously not doing his job. That issue needs to be addressed also. This kind of thing, with the followup happens a lot with him. He's been caught numerous times at this.
