    Trash is piled out side on the car in the driveway and the side of the house has mattress and other trash and on the front porch there are bags of white trash bags . And at the curb that was taken out after trash pick up last Thrus 9-26-19. There is a van seat in the front yard that’s been there for a week. The grass has not been cut for awhile . It brings the neighborhood down ,coming down the street and seeing the trash piled up . That brings unwanted animals in the neighborhood and then the trash will be all over neighbors property.

    The people in this house have a camper with people living in it on the front yard. The house is overcrowded and is a hoarders home. They urinate on the fence line onto the elderly womans property living at 373 Baltimore Avenue. Roaches, rats and mice have been seen around the home. They fight in the front yard and chase each other around with items out of the house. Noise violations are made regularly. Tonight 06/13/2020 at 10:18pm they shot off mortar fireworks in the middle of the street causing debris to go into the surrounding neighbors yards, on vehicles and homes.

    This boat has been parked along Heritage for over a year. It’s been stationary for so long the front wheel has broken off and melted into the concrete. The boat is now resting on the curb to support it. There is another hole in the street further up from when it melted into the concrete earlier and they pushed it back to a new spot.
