Near Miss, Bicycle ArchivedMassachusetts Ave Boston, MA, 02115, USA - Back BayI was using the bicycle lane (on a bicycle), continuing straight through a green light on Mass Ave cross Boylston. A driver turned right in their car across my path with an unsafe distance requiring me to do an evasive maneuver. This intersection is both dangerously designed and under-policed. Drivers do not seem aware that they do not have turn priority to cross over a bicycle lane without yielding. -

It's great that the Opera Place crossing and the Huntington Ave. (westbound) crossing have audible pedestrian signals. Please consider adding tactile tiles/detectable warnings here. This location is a couple blocks from National Braille Press which employs some individuals who are blind and take the Green Line E branch to/from Northeastern Station.
The curb cuts are wide and during some times of day the sidewalk between the westbound lanes of Huntington and the tracks is crowded when pedestrians are waiting to let a trolley pass. For someone who is blind it can be difficult to make sure one has stepped onto the sidewalk out of the street there. Tactile tiles/detectable warning would be helpful at all three corners but between Huntington westbound and the sidewalk along the tracks should be prioritized. Thanks.

Bicyclists running red light AcknowledgedGainsborough St & Huntington Ave Boston, MA, 02115, USA - Fenway-KenmoreI have nearly been hit twice recently by bicyclists not adhering to traffic/running the red light on Huntington. This is a frequent problem at this intersection (which gets a lot of foot traffic from NEC and Northeastern students) and we need to see safer biking practices in this area. -
Illegal Parking Acknowledged114 Queensberry St Boston 02215, United States - Fenway-KenmoreCopley Realty Group continues to use illegal cones as space savers, blocking city residents from using 2hr packing outside of 112 Queensberry St. I have been harassed by Copley Realty Group staff after complaining and moving the illegal cones so that I may legally park my vehicle. The 2hr parking sign itself is confusing, it appears to be covered in tape. I have filed police reports about this but they are continuing to illegally hold spaces using these cones -
