While At Doubletree suites in Leominster on the15 th of Aug attending a function by Travel Cruise Expo, AKA One Week Vacations, AKA Tourico Vacations, AKA Dynamic International Enterprise, AKA Travel Gaurantee Group it all seemed legit especially when being held a a major Hotel chain such as Doubletree, in broad daylight we were held captive by major SCAM ARTISTS.
THEY EVEN SAID THEY DIDNT WANT TO SEE ANYONE ON THEIR PHONE DURING THE PRESENTATION!
This SCAM was they promised people 2 FREE ROUN

The berm is a lot lower than the others in that row, and the hydrant is pulling up on one side and is tilting (I couldn’t upload any other photos). You can see in this photo that the screws are coming undone.
Also, is there supposed to be cement around the hydrant? It seems dangerous if someone walks near there and trips. It’s just dirt now, surrounded by sidewalk.
