Tyrone Gardens

The intersection of 9th Ave N and Tyrone Blvd has an issue with the traffic light in the morning. Traveling west on 9th through the intersection the light does not turn green when the eastbound side is green. Traffic gets backed up and people are forced to turn right into Tyrone or to turn around. This has happened quite a few times in the morning around 7:15-7:20

Campbell Park Lights are not functioning on Tennis court.- as of 10pm. Have always been on until 11:03pm

Zero lights - All Courts

Today a car heading north drove over this open manhole cover, losing control, knocking down a light pole and probably totalling the driver's car and the car she hit in the adjacent parking lot. Numerous neighbors said this is not the first time that manhole cover has come off. It must be fastened down.

St Judes needs a school zone. No cones are in the road, there are cars at a dead stop in the right lane driving up onto the property. Cars are passing at 40mph while school children are getting loaded into the car no more and 20 yards away.

Light at Tyrone and 9th Avenue N are malfunctioning. The Tyrone side gets 2 green lights before the 9th Ave N gets 1 cycle. This is causing a large backup on 9th Ave.
