    The BPD barriers, which are staged at various locations along this road are stored in a location that’s blocking part of South Street and the whole “sidewalk.” They’s also more barriers (BPD barriers also are staged in a manner that partly blocks the mixed bike and pedestrian path at South St and Washington St., and at South Street and the west end of the Blackwell Footpath barriers are haphazardly stacked and their sharp cut tubular feet are dangerously close to the roadway.
