HOA rep Monique called in regarding Derrick Rd in the Forrest Creek subdivision. She stated the road needs to be repaved. Public Works comes and fills the potholes but that is not fixing the issue. She's had to put 3 new tires on her car and 2 new rims due to this issue. Derrik and South Fulton have an Amazon building so there are more cars around than normal.

This accident happened this morning on the intersection of Demooney Rd and Campbellton Fairburn Rd. There needs to be two additional stop signs added to calm traffic. This is one of multiple accidents that have happened at this intersection since my family moved here in Nov 2021. The traffic is a major inconvenience during rush hour periods each day. Its usually bad between 6:30am-9am and 3-7pm. Please add stop signs or traffic lights to resolve this. I pray that I or anyone I love do not get into an accident because of this.

Per the requester, the entire street is uneven and has potholes and the sewer basins are not even with the road. May cause damage to vehicles. The rainy conditions complicate matters. The community (Oaks at Flat Shoals) does not maintain this public road.

A huge sinkhole is located right here by the drain. It is very dangerous and large enough for a small dog to fall down into and would break someone's leg if they ran near it and didn't see it.

This area still has a sink hole and was poorly paved. It needs to be paved correctly before this is a serious accident . Cars are still driving on the wrong side to avoid the pot hole and sink hole. Nothing was done at all to the sink hole part of the road

You can see the sign stating gas line. Neighbors have complained of the (8-11) 4 wheels, motor cycles and one jeep that uses this road made by them. It passes through our subdivision, Wellsley Estates to Enon. Neighbors are frighten. My children asked who do we sue or who to contact if a gas line is broken and the entire subdivision blows? Realitors have said our property value will drop and they have to tell prospective buyers about the hazard of a dirt road on the gas lines. They read the sign. The community association said it is the City property and they have reported this months ago. Neighbors have complained for going on 2 years. Please provide a barrier to protect our homes and lives. Or if you say there is no danger of a dirt road with large ruts in the road with gas lines to harm the community please remove you danger sign. Night before last, 20 minutes to 1 am they woke me up, Monday night. A few just passed. Oh the noise, the noise. God help us.

Any rainfall causes flooding along this side of west rd. Making it hazardous for drivers, especially at night. The bank to the lake has signs of break down. The Lake was over flowing its banks on the right side causing immense water flow onto the road way.

At this residents address there is a drainage ditch that circles the property. The beginning of the ditch starts at the right side of the building and continues around the backyard. This ditch towards the backyard is currently filled with dirt and vegetation.

This section of Cascade Road has been closed for nearly a year. This is a busy road and numerous residents have been forced to take detours that add time to our commutes and unfortunately residents in the Cascade Hills community previously complained of drivers speeding through their neighborhood. It is a major inconvenience that this important thoroughfare has been shut off for such a long time with no sign of being reopened.
