    Snow from parking lots at 326 union plowed onto sidewalks on Otis street. It’s a one way street, so kids and moms are having to walk on the street due to obstruction by businesses on 3 corners of Union and Otis. Causing hazard to life. Against city policy of willfully obstruction sidewalks.

    You are only looking at UNION St. Look on OTIS St. NEITHER sidewalk is passable. They both have snow plowed over them by the owners of the two businesses that have parking lots that empty into Otis. The pediatric Dentist/Ortho office (Eliasberg, etc), and the Doctors office across the street (Divari's office). They do this every snowstorm, and the moms are fed up with it. We hate walking with our kids in the street into semi-tractors coming at us head-on. Please enforce the law about willfully impeding and blocking pedestrian routes.

    Large Semi trucks repeatedly come down Otis st. Car carriers, 18 wheeled vehicles. Otis st is narrow and absolutely unsuited to commercial vehicle traffic. This happens multiple times every day. The 18-wheel trucks are heavy, creating potholes and narrowly missing cars, running over sidewalks, creating gouges in the soil, ruining pipes, sidewalks. It seems like the trucks GPSs are routing them down Otis, rather than the much wider Linden St one block to the south. There needs to be a way to communicate with GPS routing like Google, etc. to change routing to reflect the more appropriate Linden Street route. Please contact all GPS routing companies to avoid Otis, as this is destructive to our street.

    Sidewalk has giant snow piles on both sides of Otis street which forces pedestrian traffic onto incoming one way auto traffic. Plows from Eliasberg dentist and 336 union med building have plowed giant snow piles from their parking lots onto public sidewalks. Also LJM insurance at 327 union street has plowed piles onto Nelson street. They need to move their snow So Ped’s can safely walk on sidewalks.

    The Northbound man-hole cover on Franklin (at Otis Street) is making a loud double-thumping sound every time its driven over, which is about every 12 to 16 seconds. It sounds like a huge timpani drum, kinda like the Netflix mnemonic, only 100 times more annoying. It's agitating all area residents, including nesting birds, chipmunks, squirrels, hawks and shrews. Even the worms are complaining. Please reseal the manhole cover so its back to its wonderfully boring noiseless self. Thanks.
