    Could we get a couple of "No outlet" signs installed at the entrance of Brush Run from Rustling Leaf? With the closure of Snowden River Parkway near its intersection with RL this morning for a police investigation, it is my understanding that police were directing traffic onto BR - causing a bit of a traffic jam. In my opinion, better option would have been to direct them to turn left on Deepage Drive then left again at Carved Stone to get to SRP.

    I reside at 9359 Gentle Way in Columbia and we are currently having an issue with an American Elm tree that extends over my driveway. The tree currently has an aphid infestation which is causing a large amount of honeydew to drip onto my vehicles, driveway, and home (see photos). It is now so unbearable that we cannot park in our driveway. We reached out to the Columbia Association yesterday and one of their open space employees responded today and stated that this tree falls under your scope since it is within 15ft. of the roadway. Can this tree be treated or removed, so damage to my personal property can be avoided?

    Please be aware of a dead tree on Rustling Leaf that poses a potential hazard to the community located on the right-hand side, just after Curtis Drive. There is a risk of falling branches, and I am concerned that a large limb may follow.

    It is located at the intersection of Rustling Leaf and Hickory Limb. Attached is the picture below.
