Missing sidewalk for over a year still has not been replaced. After even a slight amount of rain, it becomes impassible with mud and flooding, forcing you to walk in the street.

508 Drexel Avenue has a major barking problem. Several times a day starting at daybreak, the owners let out multiple large dogs and they go crazy. It's unbelievably loud. It goes on for several minutes and then quiet. A while later, same thing. My wife works from home and it's making her crazy. We've been living in our house for nearly twenty years. I can't even hang out on my deck anymore without their German Shepards barking like the guard dogs in Stalag 17. One of our other neighbors talked to the dog owners about the noise. She was dismissed and nothing got better. The owners don't understand or care that they're disturbing the neighborhood at all hours. If they can't remember that other people live next door, they should be reminded with a fine. We're sick of these dogs blasting us out of bed daily. Enough already.

Backwards Bench. At the New Hampton Inn and now the new Bank of America. Benches installed with the back the of the bench to traffic. How uncomfortable this is. No one wants a car behind them. Benches should face the street on the inside of the sidewalk protected from traffic and with a view. WHY!???? You cannot see an arriving taxi Uber friend. So backwards Decatur. And dangerous and uncomfortable.

Water spigot at Glenlake Park Dog Park is broken--no water comes out anymore.

This house has been vacant for about 6 years. The owners mow the weeds down by the street every 4-6 months. The back yard is also completely over grown and is infringing on our yard. The home certainly should be condemned We spoke with people who were renting there 10+ years ago and they report mold issues that the landlords were not addressing way back then. It is a hazard and an eye sore!.

SE of Clairemont-Commerce intersection - Stormwater infrastructure appears to be missing or damaged near Clairemont site entrance. Temporary hose from site is discharging directly into storm sewer along Clairemont. It was too dark to take a picture. I'll try to get some in the morning.

At the corner of W Ponce de Leon Ave and W Trinity, between 660 Adair St and 1 Charter Square, there is a bush or tree that hangs over, taking over the majority of the sidewalk in one area that makes it nearly impassible in dry conditions and completely impassible during rain or when it is wet outside. This has been overgrown for several months.

Owner has put a drain pipe going from driveway drain output directly into the creek. When the home was built, a creek buffer variance was granted with the stipulation that a rain garden would provide a buffer to help filter water coming from the driveway, to mitigate impact of potential oils and toxins on the creek. The owner has put in a drain pipe which circumvents the rain garden.
