    There are two or more empty (downhill) lots at the top of the ridge near where Delmont Avenue intersects with Mokelumne Avenue. This is a popular spot for people to drive up and look at the view of the city. It is also popuar for smoking weed. In the last three months or so the amount of litter at the location has increased dramatically. Someone has also dumped some trash down into the empty lot. There are nice houses surrounding this area, but nobody seems to be cleaning it or taking care of it. I request City help because it is so valluable to the people who use it for the view.

Filling existing potholes would still make the street safer since drivers are still swerving erratically into oncoming traffic to avoid existing holes.

    Additionally there is a new paved patch at a EBMUD service cover that is sinking and becoming a new pot hole.

    Drivers are continually speeding down Hillmont Dr. at speeds over 50mph, ignoring stop signs, ignoring pedestrians and causing extreme danger in this very residential neighborhood. Drivers would often ignore the stop signs at the normal speed limit, but the last 3 months have shown a massive increase in high speed drivers blasting through this stretch of Hillmont between Seminary and Edwards. The city needs to add something to prohibit drivers from ignoring the stop signs and driving at these dangerous speeds. There is currently an electric "Your Speed" sign and it is literally doing nothing. I think drivers are actually speeding up as they go by the sign instead. There needs to be a traffic circle or some other barrier installed in order to make a difference and bring safety back to this street. If the city doesn't do anything, it is only a matter of time before an accident or worse yet a death. Please do something now to prevent this likely outcome.

    Squatters are building unpermitted residential structures on empty lot across from 6310 Buena Ventura Ave. It's a dangerous, sliding hill, not suitable for any residence without significant engineering work, which they are not undertaking. Building materials on site appear to be a fire hazard.
