    This is the second request for assistance for this issue. Is this overgrowth the responsibility of the home owner or the town. Chronically and increasingly this overgrowth takes over the sidewalk. It creates a hazard at the busiest point of the intersection of Christopher and Chestnut.

    Each year it gets worse as the the root system gets broader and broader. I ask about the responsibility because each home owner is responsible for snow removal on a side walk in front of our homes, and did not know if this is also a homeowner responsibility vs the town's. Either way it both a hazard and is becoming a trash dump site.

    This truck has been parking in the road for over 24 hours blocking outgoing traffic causing a few close accident from incoming cars, when out going cars are trying to avoid hitting the truck forced to drive on other lane.

    The overgrowth has made the sidewalk impassible. Is it the town's responsibility to address the weeds running amok, or is it the homeowner on the corner of Christopher and Chestnut.

    Either way, it really needs to be cleaned up

    The street-road is crumbling parallel to the side walk. It has been tarred by DPW to fill cracks some years ago but is now broken into small fragmented pieces. While I realize the town does not wish to repave, I would request that a long patch that removes these broken pieces and restores a continuous unbroken two foot wide patch could easily and significantly extend the service life of the road.

    Illegally dumped trash and TV.

    Cameras on 67 Christopher may have recorded who did this so they can cited and fined accordingly. The DPW just recently cleared this space from overgrowth. Disgusting how so many have no respect for their neighborhood, and treat it like a dumping ground.
