This new 6' fence on a corner lot of a private home is not observing a front yard set back. Residential front yards are intended to be transition spaces between the purely public realm of the street and private homes. This fence is exceedingly tall disconnecting the property from the neighborhood community, blocking access to light and air from the street side. Please address.

Not only is smoking occurring while they are working in a no smoking townhouse complex, but construction continues to happen 5 to 7 days a week on a rental unit during shelter in place. Multiple people working, no mask, walking across several areas of the complex while residents are trying to shelter in place and get out for exercise, often having to dodge these workers open garage, smoking, and walking close to units.

Hi - I live on Hanson Lane in Walnut Creek. My neighbor at 20 Hanson Lane (per picture attached) is renting his driveways (he has two driveways) for people to rent driveway space to keep there cars (he is using a website to advertise this, see attached). This is a residential street & I spoke to Henry Rood & he checked the the zoning rules and confirmed that commercial parking is not allowed. 1655 1st Ave Walnut Creek, CA, 94597, USA - Walnut Creek
this is a large empty lot that borders the canal trail on one end and a private lane (jolie ln) on the other end. walkers and bicyclists cut thru it to access the trail and it's often overgrown hardboring insects, rodents, wildlife etc. As the summer heat is here now these very tall grasses and weeds quickly become a fire hazard. the owner is not good about keeping this lot cleared and has let it go again.
  • 1777 N California Blvd Walnut Creek, CA, 94596, USA - Walnut Creek
This air conditioner outside our bedroom window is quite loud and grinds. It comes on at 4am on weekdays and wakes us up. My apple watch measure the dB at 65. I don't know if this is a violation. Is it possible to power up later? We have left our request with a building tenant who was unwilling to give us the name of the building owner.
  • 1251 Locust St Walnut Creek CA 94596, United States - Walnut Creek
The bicycle racks by the public parklet in front of Rooted Coffee and The Lounge Nail Spa are are secured with only two of four bolts at each point where the rack connects to the pavement As a result, the racks a bit wobbly and it's that much easier for thieves to remove the bolts and steal bikes Can the City have someone secure all of these racks with four bolts at each connection point as designed? This would help me and the other cyclists that use these racks feel confident that our bikes will be there when we come back Thanks for your time and consideration of this issue!
