    The RV parked in front of South Prescott Park has been parked there for over 72 hrs. It is already contributing to illegal dumping in front of the park as well as drawing illegal drug activity. Please enforce the parking and city council mandate for encampments and city parks before it's too late and sits like the other RV on Center Street that was requested for the 72 hour violation and has now been sitting there for over a year. We need the city's help to take back our streets and create a deterrent for future violations .

    About 7 am loud noises at Center and 3rd street. When I went outside to see a huge cloud of smoke covering the whole intersection and foul smell of burnt tires. I saw a black vehicle parked next to a white van with no license plates. Several young males coming in and out of the vehicles and into the blue and white RV that was parked in front of Prescott Park the past five days. Another black Mercedes and an unlicensed red car also parked in front of the park. At least 7 or 8 individuals were in and out of those cars. As the toxic smoke began to dissipate tire tracks were left at the center of the whole intersection. In about an hour all the vehicles cleared out except the RV.

    Homeless encampment in South Prescott Park is in violation of the city's mandate (voted on by the city council) on their location. The OFD was called multiple times this weekend alone on transient started fires. Transients and dealers are now congregating in larger groups now making this park, which has a PLAYGROUND, unusable. It continues to bring more and more people who do not live here and continue to participate in illicit activities. Center Street is now a thoroughfare of drugs and crime between the RV/encampment at Center/5th St and the encampment/drug area on 3rd under the freeway. It's time for action otherwise the next step will be getting the press involved.
