Some trash pick up on the north side of Benson hwy just east of Drexel road

The car dealer on the northwest corner lot puts vehicles in the ROW, especially at the corner. This creates a sight distance issue if you are southbound on Palo Verde, turning right on to Benson Hwy. You cannot see pedestrians or bikes.

good news, bad news:
Good news: graffiti on wall at 3650 e Benson Hwy has finally been painted over. I thanked the store!
Bad news: the adjacent vacant bldg next door at 3660 e Benson Hwy now has supersized graffiti tags on rear blue property fence and rear bldg wall. Can be seen from Drexel. There is also misc smaller graffiti on front bldg wall. The graffiti on east bldg wall seems to be more art and probably acceptable. Might be good idea for county rep to see first hand. Thanks!

Per constituent, dry mesquite in the 3300 block on Benson Hwy that needs to be removed; safety concern fires hazard.

Constituent Mr. Juan Rodriguez called to complain regarding trash that has been in this location for some time now. He is addressing this is a very ugly site for their homes. It is not covered by the HOA
Pima County will go out and clean the litter only not vegetation removal.
