The property is between Jarvis Rd and Mauna Loa. It has been posted, No Trespassing for years but slowly it has become a dumping site for construction equipment, trailers and yard trash. This was a nice green area for those walking to the park, not any longer.

The bottom half of my driveway is completely washed out underneath and collapsed about a month and a half ago.. My fiancé and I are at a loss of what to do to get this fixed as we can no longer use the driveway, the landlord's havent given any clear answer as to when this will be fixed. I have proof that ive asked them about it multiple times before it fully caved in, and that a few companies have been out to "give an estimate to the management company."
Is there anything we can do to speed up this process??

My oak tree on the side of my house is too close. It drops dead branches on the roof. Do I need a permit to cut it down? Note the bigger oak tree in front side will remain.
