Owner continues to use dwelling for business. detailing and washing cars from his dealership. Obstructing driveway with many parked cars at times. Parks cars overnight obstructing turning lane causing property damage to neighbors yard or county grass.

I live in South gate Ridge and literally the whole neighborhood streets are covered in potholes in road damage. I’m gonna make a bunch of separate request for a pothole repair but what I’m really asking is to have them look at paving the whole neighborhood

I took some pictures of multiple potholes at the corner of Emerald Ridge in McEachin . I could’ve sent 85,000 pictures because the whole neighborhood of Southgate Ridge is completely full of potholes some as deep as 6 inches deep.. The citizens of this community would like to know when the county is gonna repave this area and not just fill a couple potholes we would like the whole area repaved

Street lights on metal poles on the west side of Cattlemen Road between Wilkinson and Proctor have been observed to be unlit at night.

I recently came across streamside trash strewn about behind a Walgreens store at 5800 BeeRidge Rd in Centergate Plaza. It's behind the store and adjacent to the parking lot that wraps around it. My thinkin is it's trash which came from either their store or from someone dumping it and consists of plastic bottles, cans, bags and paper. It's all scattered about on the banks of a stream and will probably end up in our waterways, because I believe this stream leads to Philippi Creek and then of course the Bay.

It's appalling to see this and that no one has done anything about it. Having just recently run across it, I feel the county ought to do something about this. Investigate, enforce the law, or plain old getting it cleaned up would help restore this wooded, streamside area so that it's looking less like a dump. I know there are whistling ducks, herons and otters that forage in this area, plus numerous other kinds of waterfowl.

New LED street lights on Bee Ridge Rd are glaring and shine too much light back toward houses and into neighborhoods. Are these dark sky compliant? Please install light shields-as these lights are creating too much light pollution.

There is so much trash and waste in the small pond the county recently added. On the NE corner of Ashton/Honore

Home has 2 junk vehicles with flat tires in the drive way along with a trailer in the front yard, junk home A/C uniting the driveway, construction debris in the driveway and front yard and the lawn is very over grown.
