    Very deteriorated pavement on downhill hairpin turns caused me to flat my front bicycle tire and almost crash into oncoming traffic today when I lost control of the bike. This is a highly trafficked and cycled section of road and has been in terrible shape for years. I see many requests for repair and it is amazing nothing has been done. Please fix before someone less skilled at cycling or less lucky than myself has a terrible accident and is injured or worse.
