Pima County is performing re-paving work in our community for the first time in 68 years. The picture uploaded is only one spot where the amount of work being completed is unacceptable. If not corrected the community will be left with ongoing issues on a road that was supposed to be brand new. Plus the current state of the road re-paving work does not resolve the pedestrian safety issues that was raised in a community petition presented to the pima county representative.

Hoarder house junk ,trash. Construction equipment, steel supply’s, several abandoned vehicles with out of state plates not moved for months.Pima county sheriffs office called several times .(nothing done) check date of truck out front on google maps parked on the street. Still there untouched not running. Oxygen tanks (several in front tard(safety hazard to area.

Needs a apron put in near the wash area. More wash out of the road happens after each storm since the La Canada Project took place. Please contact the constituent to meet w/ to discuss issue and if anything can be done.

Constituent called requesting there be speedbumps installed on N Pomona Rd and Calle Tiburon. Pomona road branches off of Orange Grove and then connects to Calle Tiburon so most traffic flows through these roads and people are speeding through the neighborhood. Also, If possible could W. Rudasill Rd. be done as well?

Constituent is reporting an overgrown palo verde tree at the street sign at W Calle Tiburon/N Pomona Road and said this tree is creating a sight distance for motorists.

The whole of Rudasill Road West of La Canada is full of many pot holes.

Need clean up after last weeks storm

Numerous potholes opening up again on Rudasill west of La Canada. When will this segment get fixed like other (less deteriorated) neighborhood streets were last year?

It appears that TEP is preparing to place or replace a service line between 1820 Rudasill rd and a transformer adjacent to the property 6020 N Montebella Rd. This is brand new pavement and, if this is what is happening, we would like to request that they be required to bore Montebella as opposed to cutting it. This area is poorly drained because the natural flow has been disrupted by the property owner at 1820 Rudasill and we fear premature deterioration of the new pavement as well as the inevitable problems resulting from a patched repair.

During the week of January 9 Ashton Paving Company paved the road on Calle Del Media. During the recent repairs material was removed to prepare the road for paving, as a result, when paving work was completed a large trench was left unpaved or filled in with new material, along the north boundary of my property. Therefore a safety hazard has been created. I can't enter my east end driveway without incurring possible damage to my vehicles.
