Dumpster enclosure behind Goddard school is severely damaged. Trash and debris continue to collect. We already have rats, raccoons, and fox scouting the area for the uncontrollable garbage around the parking lot. This just adds to the problem.

7-11 dumpster trash not picked up frequently enough and is blowing all over the drive area and other properties nearby.

Thanks for your quick response o my bike friendly sewer grate issue at Point Field Landing. We have 2 more similar issues in the neighborhood. 464 Old Orchard and 527 Point Field Drive. Do I need to put in a separate request for the 527 Point Field ?

7-11 dumpster behind 7-11 close to condo building. There has been a mattress sitting next to the dumpster for several weeks. It probably was illegally dumped but that does not mean the owner of the property is not responsible for having it removed does it? It's unsightly, will make a great home for rats or mice and needs to be removed. If the dumpster was enclosed, as the CCRs of the master association require, it would like end the issue of illegal dumping to a great degree.

This is a non bicycle friendly storm water cover in the Point Field Landing neighborhood. With so many kids and adults on bikes these are very dangerous. There are several other in the neighborhood. Can these be replaced with safe covers?

Center median at this intersection on west Ben field has been run over again…excessive speeds on this artery needs to be addressed. Also, landscape on north side of this intersection is overgrown and pushing pedestrians into traffic.

The light at Governor Stone and Benfield Road is taking forever to change. People are making illegal left turns toward Severna Park to compensate.

Just wondering if the "red water" below the Ben Oaks Sewage pumping station between the pumping station and playground and Bear Branch has been tested recently. It could be naturally red, but bacteria count at Point Field marina was 570 cfu/100 ml (way too high), so we just want to make sure the bacteria is not due to a leak at the station. I've noticed unnatural sogginess behind the station as well, but this isn't new either.

The timing is off at the traffic signal at W Benfield and Veterans Hwy. I sat for the duration of at least 3 lights before it turned green this morning.

Not sure how best to report this- but it was found behind my home in common area. It appears to have drug paraphernalia inside and I am reluctant to dispose of it. Is someone able to come check into it?
